When confronting with pain and getting over it, real life begins.

Pain, fear, backwards in myself.
Such things make life dark.

The courage to stand up against it is really difficult.
This album gets such courage and leads to the ability to confront the difficulties in front of you.

I can not go forward unless I agree with what I have done, what I feel, what it is. Because that is the truth, no matter how long you wish, the past will not change.

I lost my fear of losing what I came up with in the past and the courage to admit it honestly.

Regardless of how much you turn your eyes, that tightens my heart.
As long as the chest continues to be painful, it will continue.

So with courage I faced the pain. Both pain and chest pain require experience for my growth.

It recognizes fear, spits out suffering, because it affirms everything, it regenerates from there. The honest feelings of such a time are put in it.

The next day after this album was completed I was able to face the problem faced with the reality scared and escaping so far.
This is a true story.

This album is not fiction, not expression, it is what I felt, experience itself.

I hope this album will reach many people who suffer from chest pains. And I hope the courage will rise above each problem.
